How does the free trial work?

What if I go over my conversations?
Your agent keeps working — we never cut it off in the middle of a sale. Extra conversations are charged at your plan’s overage rate and shown on your next invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect straight away and you pay only the difference for the days left. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you never lose days you have paid for.
Are WhatsApp’s own charges included?
Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages. Those are billed at cost and shown separately on your invoice — we do not mark them up.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown before GST, which is added to your invoice.
How do I pay?
In India, monthly by UPI autopay. Outside India, monthly by card, billed in US dollars.
