Who the pilot is for
Shops that already sell on WhatsApp and feel the strain: the same questions many times a day, messages that wait until morning, orders that slip through a busy chat.
You do not need a developer or a new system. If your products are in a Google Sheet, an Excel file or a Shopify store, and you have a WhatsApp Business number, that is enough to start.
What pilot shops get
- Help setting up — connecting your product list and your WhatsApp number, and checking the first answers together.
- A direct line to the people building Resandhi, not a ticket queue.
- A real say in what we build next. If something gets in your way, we want to hear it first.
What we ask in return
- Honest feedback — what works, what does not, and what your customers say.
- A little of your time now and then, for a short call or a few messages.
- If you are happy with it later, permission to write about your shop. Only if you are, and only with your approval.
