Is Mitra an AI agent or a rule-based chatbot?
Mitra is an AI agent. It understands free-text questions in Hindi, English and Hinglish and replies like a salesperson, but it only quotes prices, stock and policies from your own catalogue, so its answers stay accurate.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. Connect the number your customers already message, and keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
Is it a menu chatbot?
